Robert "Bob" W. Cranmer is an army veteran, businessman, and politician best known as a former Chairman of the Board of County Commissioner, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
In the early 1990s, Pittsburgh was still reeling from the sudden demise of its once renowned steel industry.
